This is a top of the line F150 Long Travel Suspension Kit that
gives you 15" of wheel travel, and 5" over per side. This Long Travel Suspension Kit includes
4130 sheet metal lower A-Arms with 1" Uniball Inner Pivots, and a 1.5"
Uniball in the spindle side of the arm.
The spindle is 4130 sheet metal with a Billet Spindle Mount that starts
out as a 40 pound chunk of steel before being machined down to 8
pounds. The spindle utilizes a 1.5" Uniball in the lower pivot and a 1"
Uniball in the upper pivot.
The upper arm for this Ford F150 Long Travel Suspension Kit is also 4130 sheet metal With 3/4" heims connecting it to
the stock frame. For the shock mounts we have fabricated a laser cut
CNC bent Shock bucket that welds to the factory frame with a 1 3/4" 4130
tube that connects the 2 buckets.
Also included in the Ford F150 Long Travel Suspension Kit is all the overlay plates for the lower pivot
points to the factory frame, tie rods, limit straps , Brake lines, all
heims and uniballs, nuts and bolts.
